Aveley lambs are born through the month of April and then go out to fresh spring pasture, which has been rested through the winter season.

Through the summer months, the lambs go to the high alpine meadows. The tall, lush Valerian and Lupine flowers make it one of the cleanest, and most delightful places on earth. The flavour from alpine lamb is unique and the facts convey a healthy choice.

Lambs are available on the market from October to December each year.

Each individual order varies in weight, however ALL orders are for a full lamb, approximately 50 lbs. Each order comes as Legs, Loins, Shoulders, Chops, Ribs and Trim wrapped and frozen for pick-up in Vavenby or Kamloops, BC.

Only one selection in each section can be made. For specialty orders please call us at 250.676.9574.
