School Tours Pricing 2011 Information for Aveley Ranch:

**Must be a recognized schooling institution for rate to apply**

Charge: $10 per child**
1-8 children = 1 adult free*(See example 1)

If the teacher feels that they need more teacher helpers we will give 1 more free. (See example 2)

If there is more than one teacher’s helper due to a larger amount of special needs students we will give a discount of $5 to the extra adults needed (up to the amount of teacher’s helpers, minus one. (See example 3) 

If they want to bring more adults we will give a discount of $10. (Charging $10 per adult)(See example 4)

*Teachers & teacher’s helpers are counted as free adults.  All teacher’s helpers must be accounted for on the phone, prior to arrival.  Any adults that have not been accounted for previously will be charged $10.
** All prices do not include HST

Example 1 
33-40 children = 5 free adults

Example 2
36 children = 6 free adults

Example 3
40 children = 5 free adults
6 children are special needs = 3 teacher’s helpers. 
Group needs 8 adults. 

• 6 free adults,
• 2 teacher’s helpers at $5.  (We minus one because we give one extra adult free). 

Example 4
Info same as above school.  This school brings 10 adults with them. 

• 6 free adults
• 2 teacher’s helpers at $5
• 2 adults at $10.
